Theft, Insurance and Incident Reporting:

Any suspected theft, no matter how small, should be reported to police, as well as the Property Management Team. Police need to be informed to establish a pattern and effectively complete an investigation. The insurance policy for this building does not cover the personal belongings of tenants. Personal property insurance is the responsibility of each tenant and must be evidenced by an insurance certificate.
